Reaffirming Values and Vision: Apeejay Stya University Celebrates Madam Chancellor’s Birthday

Apeejay Stya University celebrated the birthday of its Hon’ble Chancellor, Mrs. Sushma Paul Berlia, with great enthusiasm and reverence. The event, themed “A Day of Reaffirming Universal Human Values — Truth, Integrity, Compassion, Respect, Excellence, and Service,” beautifully reflected Madam Chancellor’s lifelong dedication to holistic education and human excellence. The program commenced with a warm welcome and an address by Vice Chancellor Prof. (Dr.) Vijay Vir Singh, who shared Apeejay’s humanistic ideals. Heartfelt tributes were paid to the revered Founder Chairman, Late Dr. Stya Paul, through a brief profile and an inspiring video. The event also included a short video showcasing Madam Chancellor’s remarkable journey as a Visionary Academic Leader, followed by cultural performances of song and poetry by students. The celebration culminated with the reading of Madam’s special message and the administration of a pledge—authored by her—by Registrar Dr. Pardeep Kumar, reaffirming the University community’s shared commitment to universal human values.
