ASU shines at 37th Inter-University North-West Zone Youth Festival 2024

It is a proud moment for Apeejay Stya University, Sohna, Gurugram, as it achieved a grand success by securing Second Runners-up Trophy in 37th Inter-University North West Zone Youth Festival, 2024 held at M.D University Rohtak, Haryana. Mrs Sushma Paul Berlia, Chancellor, ASU and Dr Neha Berlia, Pro-Chancellor, ASU congratulated the students for their brilliant performance. They also congratulated the Vice Chancellor Prof. (Dr.) Vijay Vir Singh and the Pro-Vice- Chancellor Dr Sucharita on this occasion.

More than 20 Universities of North-West Zone participated in this 5-day festival in various literary, performing and visual arts events. ASU participated in 22 events and the team has qualified in 10 events making itself eligible for participating in National Youth Festival. The participants were extremely happy and jubilant over their success.

Apeejay Stya University has been awarded for ‘Excellence in Liberal Arts Education providing Entrepreneurial Skills’ by ASSOCHAM National Council on Education at the 16th International Education Leadership & Skill Development Summit in New Delhi on 26 May 2023.

ASU bags awards galore at the 36th National Youth Festival 2023

We are proud to share that the students of ASU excelled at the 36th National Youth Festival 2023, held from 24 to 28 February 2023 at Jain University, Bengaluru. The students aced numerous events wherein the first position in western solo song and light vocal gazal was secured by Nisha Pameh in both categories, under the guidance of Dr Anadi Mishra. In the Classical instrumental solo (Percussion), the first position was bagged by Agam Shingari. The students who won second positions in the classical dance (under the guidance of Dr Micky Verma), elocution and clay modelling events were Jyotika, Ria Sharma and Jaahnvi respectively. While the third position in the western group song (under the guidance of Dr Anadi Mishra) was bagged by Swaralipi Sarkar, Sneha Jajoo, Hiya Bhattacharya, Nisha Pameh, Shivam Chauhan and Gagandeep Singh. The third position in the rangoli competition was secured by Kashvi Goel.

Apeejay Stya University Shines at YUVA Mahotsav 2023

ASU students secured top positions in as many as 12 events in the recently held 36th Inter University North-West Zone Youth Festival 2022-23 hosted at Maharishi Markandeshwar (Deemed to be University), Mullana - Ambala. The festival focused on revitalising the youth through a perfect blend of learning and entertainment.

Our students secured first positions in group song western, western vocal solo, light vocal solo and classical instrumental solo. ASU also won the second positions in clay modelling, elocution, western instrumental solo. They received third positions in rangoli making, solo classical dance and on the spot painting as well as in the overall music category. They secured fourth position in spot photography and mehendi.

On the opening day ceremony, the ASU student delegates led the student procession thereby making it a proud moment for all to see the Apeejay emblem soaring high with the wind. The students of ASU will participate at the National Level at Jain University, Bangaluru from 24th Feb. - 28th Feb. 2023.

Apeejay Stya University has been awarded as Best University in Placements at the World HRD Congress 2021 Conference and Awards held at Hotel Taj Lands End, Mumbai.
