Chaman Kumar is an Assistant Professor in the School of Engineering & Technology (SOET) with specialization in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. He completed his B.Tech and M.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering from UIET, Maharshi Dayanand University (MDU), Rohtak. His postgraduate thesis focused on Heart Attack Prediction using Support Vector Machine (SVM), reflecting his strong interest in applying machine learning techniques to solve real-world healthcare problems.
With two years of academic experience and one year of industry exposure, he brings a balanced perspective of theoretical knowledge and practical implementation to the classroom. He holds a Google Cloud Certification and actively integrates cloud-based AI solutions into teaching and research practices.
His research and professional interests include Generative AI, Agentic AI systems, Machine Learning, Data Visualization, and Intelligent Automation. He works with technologies such as Python, TensorFlow, RAG architectures, Power Automate, and n8n to build innovative AI-driven solutions.
As a technical trainer in various hackathons, he mentors students in developing practical, industry-relevant projects. His teaching philosophy emphasizes hands-on learning innovation, and preparing students for the rapidly evolving AI-driven technological landscape.
