Dr. Shatakshi Srivastava is academician, researcher, and academic administrator with over 16 years of experience in scientific research, higher education, and faculty development. With a doctoral specialization in Chemistry and Biomedical Research, her work integrates fundamental sciences with interdisciplinary and translational applications in metabolomics, biomedical sciences, AI-enabled healthcare, and research innovation. Her scholarly contributions include an edited book with Springer Nature, book chapters, peer-reviewed publications, systematic reviews, funded research collaborations, and proposal development for agencies such as DST, DBT, and SERB. She also serves as a reviewer for the international journal PLOS ONE.
She currently serves as Deputy Director, Centre for Innovative Research and Advanced Learning (CIRAL), and is the Nodal Officer and SPOC for prestigious national initiatives including the Association of Indian Universities–AADC, SWAYAM-NPTEL Local Chapter, and the Indian Space Research Organisation–START Programme. Her contributions also extend to NAAC processes, curriculum planning, academic administration, and quality assurance.
Dr. Srivastava has actively contributed to academic programme design and institutional development through Faculty Development Programmes, Refresher Courses, workshops, and national conferences aligned with NEP 2020 and emerging educational priorities. She has engaged more than 1,000 faculty members and collaborated with over 100 academicians and experts in promoting pedagogical innovation, research ethics, and interdisciplinary learning.
As an educator, she promotes research-oriented, interdisciplinary, and experiential learning approaches that connect academic knowledge with societal relevance, holistic development, and innovation-driven education.
