Dr. Manju Rani is a Assistant Professor at the School of behavioural science, Apeejay Stya University. She holds a Ph.D. in Psychology from Kurukshetra University, with her doctoral research focusing on the relationship between Rorschach indices and corresponding psychometric measures. With over a decade of experience in academia, research, and clinical settings, Dr. Rani brings a rich blend of theoretical knowledge and practical insight into her teaching. Her previous appointments include faculty positions at K.R. Mangalam University and Chaudhary Ranbir Singh University, as well as a research fellowship at NCERT.

Dr. Rani has published more than 14 research papers in reputed UGC-listed and peer-reviewed journals, and contributed over 15 book chapters in the areas of digital mental health, artificial intelligence in psychology, forensic psychology, and psychotherapy. She has presented her work at numerous national and international conferences, demonstrating her active engagement in scholarly discourse. Her key areas of expertise include projective and psychometric assessment, counselling and clinical psychology, technostress and digital wellbeing, personality studies, and inclusive education.

As an educator, Dr. Rani is deeply committed to academic mentorship, having successfully supervised 11 undergraduate and postgraduate dissertations and currently guiding 4 Ph.D. scholars. She is also actively involved in the development of interdisciplinary curriculum across liberal arts and psychology programs. At Apeejay Stya University, she teaches core courses, develops certificate programs, and organizes workshops and awareness events on mental health. She has also conducted expert lectures, including sessions on mental health awearness, and regularly participates in faculty development programs.

A member of several professional bodies, Dr. Rani holds life memberships with the American Psychological Association (APA), Bharatiya Counselling Psychology Association (BCPA), and the Somatic Inkblot Society. She also serves as a reviewer for academic journals and contributes to public engagement through blogging, podcasting, and her YouTube channel under the platform “Wellnessnetic Care.” Her creative contributions complement her academic work, reflecting her passion for promoting mental health literacy and emotional awareness in society.

With a forward-thinking and student-centered approach, Dr. Rani integrates experiential learning and emotional intelligence in her pedagogy, striving to empower learners not just academically but personally and socially. Her academic vision is anchored in interdisciplinarity, innovation, and holistic growth.
