The programmes at the School of Journalism & Mass Communication (SJMC) are specially designed to train students in the emerging fields of media, advertising, corporate communication and entertainment industry.

Courses have been structured to equip aspiring students for various platforms such as Television, Radio/FM, Advertising, Public Relations, Event Management, Newspaper/Magazine and Digital Media.

Students are trained in content writing, anchoring, news broadcast, photography, print journalism & online journalism. SJMC has bagged the ‘Best RJ Link for EV-AIR’ award for their programme CYBER ABUSESTOP IT! (a campaign aimed at digital safety of children) at the UNICEF Radio4child Awards.
