october 19, 2023: Apeejay Stya University (ASU), Gurugram, in collaboration with Edulateral Foundation (EF), hosted the Intel oneAPI workshop. The aim of this workshop was to empower students and developers in the world of heterogeneous computing. This initiative signified the importance of embracing open software stacks and portability across different hardware architectures, reducing development time and promoting code reusability.

The resource person for the session was Ms Rajeeve Dharmaraj, a tech professional trainer with Intel edulateral. During the session, she touched upon several key topics including artificial intelligence, machine learning, computer vision and natural language processing. She further emphasised on the Intel oneAPI toolkit, its libraries, and the ecosystem support underlined the practical aspect of the workshop, offering students’ exposure to tools and technologies that are relevant in today’s computing landscape.
