Gurugram, June 2, 2023 The School of Legal Studies at Apeejay Stya University, Gurugram, organised a one-day certificate foundation workshop on ‘Mastering the Art of Court Room Advocacy’ on June 2, 2023, in association with a HL memorial trust, Koshish-Nyaay ki Raah (KNKR). The speakers for the workshop were Advocate Rakhi Budhiraja, legal consultant for KNKR, Mr Nitin Saxena, trustee of KNKR, Mr Jatin Raheja, CA of KNKR and Mr Aman Bhardwaj.
The workshop was divided into five pillars of advocacy - beginning with dress code, client dealing, file management, court presentation and a detailed discussion on various legal documents/forms. The workshop was informative and interactive. The speakers gave real-life examples and a live demonstration, which grabbed the attention of the attendees till the end of the workshop.
