Gurgaon, March 27, 2015: Elaan, the three-day inter-college festival was organised at the Apeejay Stya University (ASU) wherein students from 18 educational institutions across the National Capital Region took part in the festival and there were approximately 1000 entries.

Adding value to the academic rigour, the entire event was organised and managed by the students of ASU, in consultation with the faculty members. While the first day of the event focused on Athletics & Sports, the second day of the event was titled Tech-Shield, having two major focus areas: Drones and Cloud Computing. The final day of the event, Tarang, dedicated to art and culture witnessed some interesting competitions like fashions show, singing, dancing, twisted creations, ad mad show and sequence arts among many others.

ASU’s Basketball & Volleyball teams were the champions while the GD Goenka University were the winners in the Football tournament. Students also exhibited their technology prowess in fields like Robotics, Coding, Cloud Computing, Circuit Simulation and Designing. Students also participated in a business plan quiz based on their designs.
