In another event, The Investiture Ceremony of the Rotaract Club was held on November 19, 2012. Mr. Joel Rodney, advisor of the Rotaract Club, addressed the whole crowd by sharing his experiences with the folks, apart from the on-going activities and events. He also mentioned that the uptown Rotary Club is proud to co-sponsor the Rotaract Club of Apeejay Stya University.

Rotaract club is a part of a global effort to bring peace and international understanding to the world. This effort starts at the community level but knows no limits in its outreach. Rotaractors have access to the many resources of Rotary International (RI) and The Rotary Foundation.

Rotaract clubs organise a variety of projects and activities, depending primarily on the interests of the club members. The club undertakes three types of activities in varying degrees – professional development, leadership development and service projects. Together, these activities ensure a balanced club programme and provide important experience and opportunities for the personal development of each Rotaractor.
