New Delhi, December 23, 2011: Apeejay Stya University, India’s first Liberal Arts and Meta University organised the "National Education Conclave 2011" at Hotel Le Meridien, New Delhi on December 22, 2011. The theme of the conclave was "Liberal Arts Education: Creating Thinkers for the 21st Century". The Conclave witnessed participation of more than 50 school principals and counselors from across Delhi and NCR region.

A Plantation Drive was held at the campus of Apeejay Stya University on November 13, 2011. Named ‘Soooeco’, the Plantation Drive saw a huge participation by the students who enjoyed the activities along with gauging about the importance of contributing to the environment by taking up similar initiatives.


Gurgaon, November 2011: Apeejay Stya University has created a social club dedicated towards generating awareness as well as contributing for socio-economic upliftment of the country. The Club, called ‘ARGHYA’, had its first activity in the form of a little contribution comprising old clothes and books for the underprivileged sector of society through United Nation identified NGO – Goonj.
