The Engineering curriculum at ASU instils the techniques and skills of Problem Analysing, Solving and Engineering Design through the study of basic and advanced Engineering Science. This foundation is integrated with practical experience, which addresses both technical and non-technical aspects of engineering. The students get exposed to equipment and laboratory facilities designed in sync with the curriculum and various emerging fields like Cloud Computing, Mechatronics & Robotics.

ASU inculcates in its students the acumen to identify, analyse and solve complex engineering and business application-related problems . They extensively get hands on experience in co-specialising, drones and satellites technologies and mining (through collaboration with ECU, Perth, Australia).

Computer Science Program

Scientists and engineers develop computer programs and application software that model systems being studied, and run these -with various sets of input parameters. Typically, these models require massive amounts of calculations (usually floating-point) and are often executed on supercomputers or distributed computing platforms.

Cloud computing is state-of-the-art providing computing resources both hardware and software, which an industry can pay as per usage without incurring high cost. Added advantage is no obsolescence since the cloud computing providers will always keep it most current and updated software.

At ASU, we have designed a unique curriculum to render a scientific computing approach so that students can gain an understanding mainly through the analysis of mathematical models implemented on computers. Here we make use of computers to analyze and solve scientific problems. In practical use, it is typically the application of computer simulation and other forms of computation to solve problems in varied scientific disciplines.

Fee And Scholarships
Graduation Aggregate Net tuition fee per annum (post scholarship)
>50% and < 60% Rs. 150000
>= 60% Rs. 140000

Each postgraduate student is also required to pay Rs. 10000 per annum towards Development Fees, Rs. 2000 per annum towards Online Book Bank Fee and Rs. 200 per annum towards Group Insurance Accident Policy. In addition to the above, each postgraduate student is required to pay a one-time Security Fee of Rs. 5000 (refundable on completion of study) and Rs. 3000 (along with the First Semester Fees) towards basic Corporate Resource Center activities & Alumni Fund.
