We follow a learner-centric, experiential and technology-based teaching & learning method in ASU. A substantial part of our curriculum is taught by the industry practitioners. We have successfully implemented the Moodle technology for our course management. Regular workshops by industry experts on relevant and contemporary issues in Science, Technology, Business and Media help our students to keep abreast with latest developments in these areas.
The University has Design & Innovation Centre for Excellence (DICE). This is a research based incubation centre where students of University across the discipline can form groups/teams and carry out design and research projects. The DICE has also conducted various workshops on robotics, sensors, conferences, Doctoral Research Seminars and software based training on Php/Python.
Research at ASU would have its base at the graduate level, both for process and product and would extend to a new level at post-graduate and doctoral programmes. Faculty and students involved with the undergraduate programmes would have easy and effective inter-connection in knowledge sharing, research and project work with postgraduate students.
The University has 71 well-equipped laboratories and Research Centres in Gurgaon where quality research for the patents is being carried out by the students of Pharmaceutical Sciences.
Field visit/ industry visit is an integral part of Teaching & Learning at ASU. Students are taken to plants& factories, project sites and research centres to enhance their learning.
