Apeejay Stya University (ASU) launched a unique Incubation Centre at the 3rd AICTE-CII Global University-Industry Congress 2013 in the presence of Shri Jaipal Reddy, Honorable Union Minister for Science & Technology, Govt. of India. Prominent dignitaries present at the occasion included Dr. T. Ramasami, Secretary, Department of Science and Technology; Prof. TK Chandrashekar, Secretary, Science and Engineering Research Board (SERB); Mr. Naushad Forbes, Forbes; Mr. Deep Kapuria, Chairman, CII National MSME Council and Mr. Venkatesh Valluri, Chairman & President of Ingersoll Rand, India, among many others.

Gurgaon, December 13, 2014: The second edition of the ASU Express, the journal published by the School of Journalism and Mass Communication (SJMC), was launched by Pradeep Gupta, Chairman of Cyber Media (India) Ltd., South Asia’s leading specialty media house, which publishes nine titles including Dataquest, PCQuest, Voice & Data, Living Digital (LD2.in), Global Services and BioSpectrum Asia Edition with a combined reader base of 1.5 million.

Students of Apeejay Stya University as well as faculty members from all Schools at the University have contributed richly to make ASU Express a real success under the leadership of its Editor, Dr. Koyel Chakrabarty; Consulting Editor, Malvika Kaul and Pictures Editor, Swapnil Kumar.

Sohna, January 15, 2015: Dr. Ananda Padhan, Associate Professor at School of Education, Apeejay Stya University conducted a training session on ‘Teaching Profession and Teacher Professionalism’ as part of the Faculty Development Programme (FDP) at the Sant Nirankari College, Sohna. The programme was well-attended by the teachers and academic personnel of the college.

ASU-Edith-CowanNew Delhi, May 15, 2014: Apeejay Stya University (ASU) signed a 'General Agreement of Collaboration' with Edith Cowan University (ECU), Australia to collaborate in the fields of Engineering, Mass Communication, Design and Education, among others. The ceremony was presided over by Mr. Aditya Berlia, Pro-Chancellor of Apeejay Stya University.

ASU and ECU agreed to exchange of undergraduate and graduate students, sharing educational and research materials, publications, academic information, exchange of faculty and research personnel for collaborative research, teaching and academic discussions.

The ECU Delegation consisted of Professor Lynne Cohen, Executive Dean, Faculty of Education and Arts & Pro Vice-Chancellor Engagement (Communities) – Leader and Jim Cross, Associate Professor & Associate Dean, International Faculty of Health, Engineering and Science.
